Analysis Notes

General Only pages 3:6 and 8 are dealt with here.
All the captions count as dialogue for Barry Allen.
3:6 This scene appears in or after <Flash #350>, when Barry has moved to the 30th century.  Barry Allen will briefly meet his granddaughter, XS, prior to being kidnapped by the Anti-Monitor.
6 Notably absent in this tableau is XS.  Given that her powers were jump-started by the Dominators torturing her father, it is likely that Barry Allen had a hand in that, too.
8:1 This scene has an echo to the one of Brainiac 5 mourning Supergirl’s death in Legion of Super-Heroes v3 #<17>.  In both cases, the 30th century character should have already known the details of their lover’s 20th century demise.
8:4-5 At this time, Iris was already pregnant with Dawn and Don, the Tornado Twins.  Since Barry had a hand in the creation of all the other Flashes, and Dawn and Don had their powers from birth, perhaps in addition to merely a farewell touch, Barry is having a “hand” in their powers, too.
8:6 Barry is entering the Speed Force here.
