8:3 This is another view of Wonder Woman v2 #172, occurring at approximately page 4, panel 2.
The alien in the jacket behind Queen Hippolyta is a Khund, and the one lying on the table is presumably a Dominator, although it’s forehead disk is miscolored.  The other aliens are not from known races.
“Vuldarian plasma”: there is only one known Vuldarian left alive, Guy Gardner (aka Warrior).  Warrior was apparently killed in JLA: Our Worlds at War #1, but this would indicate that he was merely severely wounded there.  He may still yet die before “Our Worlds at War” concludes.
