1. Name unrevealed, but “Sandy Anderson” was given as her name in the first timeslip story (Legion of Super-Heroes v4 #92) and all the characters’ names were close to their real ones, so that will be used until a better name is supplied.

Analysis Notes

General Only 9:1-10:2 are dealt with here.
9 The characters seen here who are apparently Hawk and Dove are actually Punch and Jewelee in disguise.  The characters from Young Justice and the Justice League are present to find out about Superboy’s status, not to apply for a job.
This scene is reminiscent of the one in Teen Titans #17, where Inferno shows up for a public tryout to join the Teen Titans and finds half the rest of the DC Universe there as well.
10:1 The boy in green is Risk, from a prior incarnation of the Teen Titans.  He remembers Inferno (and her departure) from the tryout in Teen Titans #17.
10:1-2 Inferno obviously has some deep-seated internal conflicts.  Between her time with the Workforce and as an ally of the Legion, she has realized that she wants to be a part of something (but on her own terms) and to use her powers for something resembling the greater good.  At the same time, though, she believes herself to be a loner and better than those around her.  As a result, when she sees an opportunity to possibly join an organization which will put her to good use, she seeks it out, but when she realizes that she will have to compete against others for a limited number of positions, she leaves rather than taking the chance that she might get shown up.
