Plot:
Wally West and Barry Allen battle the other members of the Flash dynasty, all possessed by the fragments of the Cobalt Blue gem and led by the possessed Jay Garrick. After freeing Jay, the three defeat the Cobalt Blue fragments.

The Legion characters in this issue - XS and the Tornado Twins - are possessed by Cobalt Blue throughout this issue except for a split second before they return to their home times. There is nothing to comment on about their appearances.

The Flash Museum will be heavily damaged, even destroyed between this story and the Legion's time. A good guess would be that the Tornado Twins’ death involves such destruction.
