7:5-8:2	These are unspecified flashback to before Iris and Bart came to the 20th century in The Flash # <91>.
8:2	Per Impulse #<25>, Bart was in the 30th century VR some 12-15 years ago, Legion time.  Unless the toddler Brainiac 5 were interfacing with the VR — which certainly isn’t impossible — the likely answer is that “Dox” was an avatar of sorts for Brainiac 4, and that Bart’s VR was thus one of her creations.
