Credits	Jack Kirby created the Kamandi-oriented concepts this story draws on.  He had no direct contact with this issue.
8:1-9:4	Although the dream continues beyond 9:4, this is all that we are concerned with, due to a scene change in the dream.
8:4, 9:2	Rex has no access to a Legion belt, much less one which can transport him through time.
9:2	The time transport effect here is reminiscent of a Star Trek transporter.
